Deleting your data
Last updated: May 20, 2026You decide what happens to your personal data in Norvexa. Below you'll find what we hold, how to ask us to remove it, and what happens next. The wider picture is in our Privacy Policy.
1. Data we hold
We keep only what is needed to run the service:
| Type | For example | Removed on request? |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Email, hashed password | Yes |
| Subscription | Subscription status in Apphud, purchase receipts | Yes |
| Usage metrics | Connection times, amount of data transferred, chosen server location | Yes |
| Marketing attribution | Install and event identifiers from the AppsFlyer and Meta SDKs | Yes |
| Crash reports | Anonymous device details and crash logs (Firebase Crashlytics) | Yes — and anonymised after 90 days in any case |
| Browsing, DNS, traffic | — | Never stored |
2. Ways to ask for deletion
A. Inside the app
- Open Norvexa on your iPhone.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account and confirm.
- An email will confirm that we've received the request.
B. By email
- Write to support@baklajan.io.
- Put Account deletion request in the subject.
- Send it from the address registered in Norvexa, or give us enough to find the account (registered email and roughly when you signed up).
- If you only want some categories removed, say which; otherwise we remove everything listed in section 1.
C. Removing Facebook Login
If you signed in with Facebook, you can also disconnect Norvexa from your Facebook account:
- Go to facebook.com/settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find Norvexa among active apps.
- Select Remove and confirm.
Facebook lets us know, and we delete the data tied to your Facebook ID. To remove the Norvexa account itself too, use option A or B.
3. After you send a request
- We reply by email within 5 business days to acknowledge it.
- We check that the account is yours, which may mean asking for confirmation from the registered email.
- After that, your data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised within 30 calendar days.
- A final email tells you the deletion is done.
4. What can't be removed straight away
Some records have to be kept for a limited time for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons:
- App Store transactions — kept by Apple, not by us; purchase and refund history is governed by Apple's terms.
- Tax and billing records — kept by us in anonymised form for as long as tax law in our jurisdiction requires (usually up to 7 years).
- Aggregated analytics — counts and metrics that can't be traced back to you stay in our analytics storage.
- Backups — deleted data can remain in encrypted backups for up to 90 days until those backups are rotated out for good.
5. Deletion at our providers
We pass your request on to the processors that received data from us:
- Apphud (subscriptions) — the subscription record is removed.
- AppsFlyer (attribution) — the install identifier is removed through their Data Subject Access API.
- Meta SDK (advertising) — event-level data is removed through Meta's deletion endpoint.
- Firebase (crash reporting and configuration) — user-level data is removed through the Firebase Admin SDK.
Where a provider only ever receives anonymised data, nothing extra needs to be deleted.
6. Coming back
A deleted account can't be recovered. You're welcome to create a new one whenever you want to use Norvexa again.
