Terms of Service

By using Norvexa you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept them, please do not install or use the app.

1. The service

Norvexa is an iOS app that provides connection utilities, network tools, an optional secure connection feature and some subscription-based services. Where the law allows, we may change, limit, pause or remove any feature without prior notice.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Certain features are available only with an active subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple and charged to your Apple ID once you confirm them. A paid subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings.

Refund requests are decided by Apple under its App Store rules; you can submit one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices, trials, offers and subscription lengths may differ between countries and may change over time.

3. Acceptable use

Use Norvexa only in ways that are lawful. You may not try to gain access you are not authorised to have, attack or disrupt any network, get around the app's security, spread malware, send spam, infringe intellectual property or other rights, or misuse the protected connection tools. Keeping your device and account details secure is your responsibility. If these rules are broken, we may suspend or end your access.

4. Intellectual property

Norvexa's software, interface, content, graphics and brand belong to Norvexa or its licensors, and all rights are reserved. Unless mandatory law permits it, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or decompile the app, or build derivative works from it.

5. No warranty and limits of liability

Norvexa is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will always be available, run without interruption or errors, or be fully secure. As far as the applicable law allows, Norvexa is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the app or from being unable to use it.

6. Other terms and contact

Your use of Norvexa is also governed by our Privacy Policy and by Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Consumer protection laws that apply to you remain in effect. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new date. You can stop using Norvexa whenever you like and cancel subscriptions through Apple. Questions: support@baklajan.io.
