First steps
How do I start using Norvexa?
Install Norvexa from the App Store, open it, sign in or create an account if asked, and tap the connect button to turn protection on.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. New subscribers get a 3-day free trial with no charge during that time. To avoid being billed, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Is it useful on public Wi-Fi?
Yes — you can switch connection protection on whenever you join a network you don't control, such as in a café, airport or hotel, and you can configure it to enable automatically on Wi-Fi.
Plans & billing
What plans are there?
Prices in USD:
- 1 week — $12.99
- 1 month — $16.99
- 6 months — $65.99
- 12 months — $95.99
In other currencies, the price is shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
How do I cancel?
Billing is handled by Apple, so cancelling happens in iOS:
- Open Settings.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Norvexa.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Do this at least 24 hours before the renewal date so the next period isn't charged.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are decided by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID. If a technical problem was the reason, write to support@baklajan.io as well and we'll try to sort it out.
When does my plan renew?
Automatically at the end of each billing period, and Apple sends you a receipt each time. To stop renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Something's off
The connection won't turn on
Check that you are online, then close and reopen Norvexa. If it still fails, try another of the available connection locations, restart your iPhone and make sure you have the latest version of the app.
My subscription isn't recognised
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the purchase. If access still doesn't appear, email us and we'll look into it.
