Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026This policy describes what data the Norvexa app uses and why. Norvexa is run by Baklajan For Search LTD (referred to here as “Norvexa”, “we” or “us”). Please read it so you know what to expect before you use the app.
1. What we may process
We keep the data we handle to a small set:
- your email address and sign-in details, if you open or use an account;
- confirmation of App Store purchases, the status of your subscription and what it entitles you to;
- technical details about the app and device — device type, iOS version, app build, language, approximate region, crash and diagnostic reports, and interaction data in aggregated form;
- whatever you include when you contact our support team.
Subscriptions are paid through Apple. We never hold your full card number or billing details.
2. Your traffic stays yours
Norvexa may provide connection features aimed at privacy. We do not monitor, collect or keep what flows through them — that includes the sites you browse, files you send or receive, and the content of your messages or other communications.
3. Why we use this data
We use it to run Norvexa, unlock what you have paid for, keep the app stable and easy to use, look at usage in aggregate, investigate crashes, answer support requests, and spot fraud, misuse or security issues.
4. Service providers
A few providers process data for us, solely to help Norvexa work:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — analytics, remote configuration and crash diagnostics. Google Privacy Policy.
- Apphud — managing subscription access and checking purchases. Apphud Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information. Norvexa contains no third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other companies' apps.
5. When data is shared and how long it is kept
Data is passed only to the providers we need, to authorities when the law requires it, or when reasonably needed to protect Norvexa, our users or other people. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, to meet legal obligations, or to settle disputes.
6. Security and your rights
We apply sensible technical and organisational protections such as encrypted connections, secure infrastructure and access controls. Still, no way of handling data can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If the law where you live gives you the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, write to support@baklajan.io. For how deletion works, see Data deletion.
Norvexa is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes and contact
We may revise this policy when the service or the law changes. The current version, with its new date, will be available in the app or on this site. Questions about privacy can be sent to support@baklajan.io.
